  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping time after dispatch: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Free standard shipping within Australia

Order Processing and Daily Cut Off

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEDT) are handled the same business day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and public holidays, move into processing on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, delivery takes 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday. Shipping is available within Australia only.

Shipping Method and Costs

All orders are sent with standard shipping. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Your parcel is delivered to the address entered at checkout, so please check your details before placing the order.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear. You can track your order on the Tracking page.

Delays or Missing Deliveries

If your parcel is taking longer than expected or you cannot locate it, contact us at info@striketo.com. Please include your order number and any tracking information, and we will help you check what is happening.

Changes and Cancellations

Double-check the delivery address when completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order or wish to cancel your order, please send an email to info@striketo.com immediately. If the shipment has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to make changes.
