  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging

  • Returns sent without approval are not accepted
  • No restocking fees
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after inspection

We want returns at Striketo to be clear and fair. This policy explains when you can return an item, how the process works, and how refunds are handled for orders within the United States.

30 Day Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Returned items must be unused and untested, with all tags still attached, and placed back in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start, email info@striketo.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. If your request is approved, we will send return instructions and a return label. Items sent back without approval are not accepted.

Changes and Cancellations

Double-check the delivery address when completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order or wish to cancel your order, please send an email to info@striketo.com immediately. If the shipment has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to make changes.

Items Arriving Damaged or Not Matching Your Order

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, the wrong product, or something that does not match your order, contact us at info@striketo.com as soon as possible so we can sort it with you.

Exchanges

Yes, exchanges are possible. To request an exchange, email info@striketo.com and include your order number and the item details.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Refund processing takes up to 7 days after inspection, and your bank may take additional time to display the funds.
